Your Attorney

Shane, a Midwest native, received his law degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2004. Shane participated in a number of organizations during law school and focused his studies toward developing a diverse law practice following graduation. Shane obtained his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in 2001 from Dana College in Blair, Nebraska, with a major in Business Administration and emphases in Economics and Management. There he was elected into the Delta Mu Delta Business Administration Honors Society and was recipient of the Business Department’s Economic Student-of-the-Year Award his senior year. Shane was also a member of the varsity men’s basketball team and remains an avid sports fan.

Shane founded a general law practice law firm in 2005 and served the communities in and around Omaha, Nebraska, before moving to the Scottsdale area in early 2011. He primarily centered his Midwest law practice on plaintiff personal injury law, plaintiff workers’ compensation, and family law. Shane’s vast litigation experience and negotiation skills extend beyond his private practice, as he also served as City Attorney for his hometown in Southwest Iowa for over five years. During his time as City Attorney, Shane successfully negotiated and litigated hundreds of cases and advised the City Council and Administration on a vast number of municipal law matters.

Shane’s current practice at Warner Law invites a wide client base. While his primary areas of experience lie in injury/negligence law and family law, his legal skill set allows him to superbly handle a broad array of legal issues.  Shane is admitted to the Arizona State Bar, the Nebraska State Bar and the Iowa State Bar. Outside the office, he enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
